Our role

For this role, experience and passion for creative writing is essential.

We are looking for people that are not afraid to challenge the status and want to figure out how to do things that haven’t been done before. You are a true team player and inherently positive. Where others see problems, you see solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
  • Work with the marketing team and developers to create marketing campaigns, ads, landing pages, advertorials and more
  • Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
  • Collaborate with designers, communications and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. lead campaigns, landing pages and more)
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Source images and other content for advertisements and websites
  • Liaise with social media team for content management
  • Liaise with developers to create and update web pages
  • Develop and implement new content ideas
  • Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze and utilize available campaign KPIs in order to optimize campaigns and websites(traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
  • Deliver content for multiple geos by liaising with translators and by altering content and design accordingly with the assistance of other team members

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role
  • Relevant degree in English, Marketing, and Communications etc. would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise
  • Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
  • Experience in sourcing and managing content development
  • An understanding of content marketing theory and advertising strategies
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Other languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Understand social media platforms and their participants
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst meeting high quality standards
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to keep up with industry developments and trends
